I Love Helping People Feel Good, Because There’s Honestly No Better Feeling.

I’m Dr. Jasmine Bray-Mak, a licensed naturopathic doctor based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, offering clinical support to individuals throughout the province.

I received my Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Winnipeg and Doctor of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, in Toronto.

I have always been passionate about understanding and improving health. I grew up spending hours reading and experimenting with different dietary approaches and practices to improve physical and mental performance in my teens, as a competitive figure skater. Then I found Naturopathic Medicine, and since starting my practice in 2019, I love helping others feel their best and achieve their goals.
